Hirigoyen Gérard

BIOGRAPHY

Gérard Hirigoyen, Honorary President of the University Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV, is a professor at the IAE of Bordeaux where he directs the Pôle universitaire de sciences de gestion (PUSG). His research focuses on family businesses and governance.

He has published about forty research articles in peer-reviewed academic journals as well as a dozen books, including Création de valeur et gouvernance de l'entreprise, published by Economica, 1997, 3rd edition, 2005, 2nd edition in 2009 (with J. Caby).
