LAKHAL LASSAAD - Contributing Author| is Professor of Management at the University of Sousse (Tunisia). He holds a doctorate from the Higher Institut of Management of Tunis. His areas of research are in strategic management, quality management, entrepreneurship, Human research management and performance measurement. He has published in various journals such as Journal of the Operational Research Society, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, Total Quality and Business Excellence Journal, Managerial Finance, Revue Française de Gestion Industrielle, Journal of High Technology Management Research, Journal of Enterprising Culture and Journal of Management Development.
